We are looking for an organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executives and team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming communications, such as emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Assist in personal tasks for executives to improve efficiency.
Coordinate events and meetings, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
