As a Program Manager in the Chase Ultimate Rewards team, you will lead high-visibility and cross-functional programs that shape the future of our rewards products. Your role involves collaborating with diverse teams and partners to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals. You will be pivotal in driving success across regions, fostering strong relationships, and enhancing our program management strategy. Together, we aim to create exceptional customer experiences and redefine the rewards landscape. Job Responsibilities Develop and manage integrated product delivery plans, effectively communicating progress to stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate with Product Owners, Area Product Owners, Agility Leads, and Designers to confirm impacts and scope across teams. Manage product roadmap to align with the product budget, ensuring team availability and maintaining a deep knowledge of area product vision, strategy, roadmap, technical, and operational aspects. Focus on risk management and controls, managing dependencies both inside and outside the product area. Monitor Jira hygiene, enforce standards, and support continuous improvement in agile practices to drive efficiencies and effectiveness. Track IT and non-IT work, manage releases, communicate proactively, and identify & manage issues. Oversee all high-priority commitments, deadlines, and dependencies. Establish best practices, innovate approaches to Program Management, and build a continuous improvement model. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Minimum of 5 years experience in IT Project Management or Product Delivery Management across multiple technologies and functions. Ability to manage multiple efforts, resources, and issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proven leadership in managing ambiguity in large-scale initiatives. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying progress and issues clearly to teams and stakeholders at all levels. Ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences and prepare executive summaries. Strong interpersonal skills to motivate teams and build confidence and trust across business, operations, and technology teams. Proven leadership ensuring all groups trust that programs are well-managed and will meet their deliverables on time. Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, risk management, and operations. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Knowledge of data analytics. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams. Experience with PI planning.
