Amazon Currency Converter (ACC) is part of Amazon Payment Products, a fast-growing business with new product launches and market-leading features which improve customers' payment experience on Amazon. ACC offers products for buyers (ACCB: Amazon Currency Converter for Buyers) and Sellers (ACCS: Amazon Currency Converter for Sellers, Seller Wallet). ACCB provides global Amazon buyers seamless payment solution for purchases on Amazon worldwide. ACCS and Seller Wallet provide global Amazon sellers a secure and convenient way to receive their revenue from selling on Amazon worldwide.
The ACC Marketing team is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Sr. Marketing Communications Manager to develop and optimize marketing communication for ACC products. This role is responsible for formulating marketing contents and messaging strategies, developing and maintaining marketing contents that are used across online and offline channels, leading event marketing and creating process to raise the bar of customer communication through entire customer journey. You also will have high visibility to senior leaders across functions and businesses worldwide. You will work cross-functionally to drive product adoption and retention by communicating effectively with stakeholders in different teams and job categories; Product, Design, Business Intelligence, Sales, Finance, Legal and so on. This requires deep understanding of customers, business, products, levers for success, ability to deliver results, and skills to handle conflicting priorities.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing contents and messaging strategy for driving product adoption and customer retention.
• Align strategy with business leaders.
• Create and raise quality of marketing and product messaging on various channels such as email, website, and video contents.
• Develop measurement mechanism for contents quality evaluations and implement automated process for tracking performance.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data for insights.
• Document plan, performances and test results.
• Drive process standardization and collaboration with stakeholders.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
