Remote with travel to client sites nationwide. Can be based in Chicago, IL or anywhere in the US. Learn more at Key Responsibilities: Leverage Microsoft, Oracle, and Cisco technologies to optimize healthcare IT systems. Source and perform utilization analyses to reduce costs and improve efficiency of healthcare organizations nationwide. Collaborate with cross-functional client and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions. Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions. Qualifications: 5-10 years+ proven experience in healthcare IT consulting. Expertise in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Office 365), Oracle systems, and Cisco networking solutions. Strong understanding of healthcare operations and compliance requirements. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, project management, organizational, listening, written and oral communication skills. Tactful and diplomatic, with excellent listening skills. Ability to follow protocols, while guiding positive change or transition. Experience interacting with C-Suite and other high-level client executives/decision makers, Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Oracle Certified Professional, Cisco Certified Network Professional) are a plus.
