RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hiring, training, and managing staff, such as bartenders and waiters
Managing inventory
Opening and closing the shop
Ordering supplies
Promoting shop/hiring or encouraging others to promote shop
Ensuring operations run according to safety and sanitation standards and laws
Implement strategies for improved work performance
Managers may also be in charge of developing revenue opportunities for the company, such as recruiting talent or running promotions. Managers often work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The environment is usually loud and fast-paced.
