Position Overview:

The Onsite Roofing Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing installation crews and ensuring quality assurance on all projects. This role requires strong communication with homeowners, installation teams, and internal management to uphold high standards of customer service and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation crews on-site from start to finish each day.
• Communicate project instructions accurately to crew foremen to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Create and distribute project-specific documents for installation crews.
• Work closely with homeowners throughout their project, providing regular updates and outstanding customer service.
• Identify and communicate necessary adjustments or issues to the Install Manager.
• Document crew progress through photos and videos.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Enforce and collect payment schedules where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in residential roofing.
• Comfortable using ladders safely to access roofs and attics.
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt to changes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with crews and clients.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to contributing to a positive work culture.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
• Experience in customer service.

Schedule & Work Environment

• This is an on-site role requiring daily presence at project locations.
• Work schedules may vary by project demands.
