Job description: Personal Assistant

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team at Quintessa Marketing.

Your role will involve managing, and executing personal logistics, lifestyle and travel for our Chief Executive Officer.

Objectives of the role

  • In the same fashion as an Executive Assistant focuses on the business operations, the Personal Assistant will be tasked with maintaining & focusing on the personal brand of the CEO.

Your tasks

  • Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, appointments, and events
  • Coordinate & book personal travel (hotels, packing, ‘glam squad’, activities), and be available to travel
  • Run errands: shopping, returns, dry-cleaning (pick up/drop off), personal gifting
  • Manage household scheduling and personal logistics
  • Handle family needs: school schedules, sports, birthdays, etc.
  • Manage and prep wardrobe and coordinate with stylist if/when needed
  • Coordinate with chefs, house staff, and vendors for personal life
  • Track and manage subscriptions, loyalty programs, and memberships
  • Prep for personal brand events: photoshoots, red carpet, and VIP invites

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting C-level executives and/or ultra-high net worth individuals
  • Project management experience (complex projects with lots to plan, manage & execute – with demanding timelines).

Pay/Benefits

  • $55K to $75K annually (based on experience).
