We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to support executive-level operations. This role requires excellent time management, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of anticipating needs before they arise.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings

• Handle confidential information with professionalism

• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence

• Run errands and manage personal tasks as needed

• Maintain organized filing and documentation systems

• Communicate on behalf of the executive with internal and external stakeholders

• Monitor and respond to emails and calls in a timely manner

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Discretion and confidentiality are essential

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus

• Ability to work independently and under pressure
