Job Description

Hyundai AutoEver America's HQ (Fountain Valley or Costa Mesa, depending on business unit) will be running a 12-week internship program from 06/24/2025 to 09/12/2025.  Interns will be expected to work anywhere between 20 - 24 hours a week, not to exceed 30 hours a week.

Purpose: 

12-week Business Analyst internship to assist with Hyundai AutoEver's Connected Mobility Center. 

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern for the Connected Mobility Center to help the Product Management and Product Development develop high added value features. 

 
Essential Functions: 

  • Responsible for creating detailed requirements specifications for Connected Car development including new features and enhancements such as core application and customer channels like web portal and mobile app. This includes: 

  • Coordinating with business, engineering, and multiple stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and define product and system requirements, create a high-level system integration design, and interface specifications with the help of a Solution Architect. Collaborate with internal teams to help define test scenarios. 

  • Evaluate business and system requirements, ensure technical feasibility, and estimate development effort and implementation sequence. 

  • Perform requirement elicitation and requirement gathering and documentation. 

  • Understand the technical requirements and follow the development process together with the tech team. 

  • Creating service specification document in collaboration with the development team 

  • Support the operations team's activities by reviewing test scenarios, clarifying product requirements, and supporting user test execution activities. 

  • Work closely with project stakeholders to perform the required tasks using a combination of, solid business understanding, strong analytical and problem-solving skills as required. 

  • Business Acumen: understand how business works; maintain awareness of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace. 

 

Basic Requirements: 

  • College Senior or recent graduate (2025/2025) 

  • Basic IT programming skills with an OO language (Java, C/C++) 

  • Problem-solving skills: be able to identify problems and provide solution.  

  • Strong communication and documentation skills; attention to detail. 

  • Passion for continuous learning.
