We’re hiring a Head of Field Operations to define how homes are cared for at scale – bringing the judgment, standards, and problem-solving instincts of a top-tier GC into a system that many homes can benefit from.
This role entails not only assembling and running a world-class crew of handymen and vendors, but building the machine that takes everything you know from running high-quality residential projects – how to scope a job right, catch the hidden risks, hold the line on quality – and turns it into workflows, playbooks, and training that enable Casa to be every homeowner’s most trusted expert, no matter the job size.
Manage and grow Casa’s in-house handyman crew. Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team that delivers reliable, high-quality work across a range of residential jobs.
Build a high-quality vendor network. Source & secure strong vendor partnerships, review work, and set the value expectations for what “done right” means with Casa.
Define Casa’s standard of care. Build the framework for how homes should be maintained – what gets done, how often, and to what standard.
Codify field judgment into scalable systems. Collaborate with ops and product teams to turn your own experience and knowledge into job scopes, SOPs, and decision trees that enable consistent outcomes at scale.
Use the field. Walk jobs, review scopes, inspect outcomes, and continuously refine how we help deliver home services.
You’ve been a GC, superintendent, or technical luxury estate or property manager with a track record of running clean, efficient residential projects.
You know what “great” looks like across a wide range of trades, and you know how to turn that into standards others can follow.
You’re not afraid to manage work directly – but you’re building toward a system, not just scaling yourself.
You have a systems mindset, drive towards clarity, and maintain a high standard for finish quality and professionalism.
You’re excited to build something new – an operating system for home care that brings reliability and trust to every visit.
