Description Michelle Espejo with Robert Half Finance & Accounting is recruiting for a Fund Accounting Manager at a Top Venture Capital Firm. This is a full-time permanent role based in Menlo Park with a Hybrid schedule. Join a top venture capital firm in the Bay Area, currently managing billions with the region's best entrepreneurs. Responsibilities: + Handle Fund and GP ledgers, expenses, accruals, transactions, and allocations. + Craft quarterly and yearly financial statements. + Work with finance chiefs and external parties for audits and taxes. + Monitor cash, manage capital calls, and handle distributions. + Oversee Fund Admin's reports and answer queries from partners. *Please contact Michelle Espejo via LinkedIn or email for additional info and immediate consideration. Requirements + 5+ years in fund accounting for venture capital or private equity. + Accounting or related degree. + Bonus: Experience in investment partnership accounting and tax. + Strong Excel skills. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setup.
