Creative Technologist – Scaled Solutions & Interactive Production Reports to: VP, Technology Design Overview We’re building scalable creative systems that merge human creativity with emerging technologies. As a Creative Technologist, you’ll operate as a hands-on maker within our production team — crafting front-end experiences and animation, prototyping new workflows, and exploring smarter ways to execute at scale. You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you do need a deep curiosity for how things work — and the initiative to figure out how to make them work better. Whether it’s generative tools, AR, 3D workflows, or lightweight interactivity, your job is to help us find the best way forward for the problem at hand. What You’ll Do Collaborate with designers, producers, and engineers to bring creative concepts to life through emerging technologies and creativity Contribute to polished, production-ready creative outputs across platforms — web, mobile, social, and experiential Leverage generative tools (e.g. Runway, image/video generation, or code copilots) to speed up and enhance creative workflows Develop interactive and immersive formats across AR, WebGL, and lightweight 3D environments using tools like Adobe Aero, Three.js, and Spline Prototype and build front-end experiences and animations using modern web technologies (e.g. HTML/CSS, JS, React, or similar) Solve creative production problems with curiosity — whether it’s scripting a tool, finding a better plugin, or testing an AI-based workaround Document prototypes, toolchains, and experiments in clear, shareable ways that help scale team knowledge What You Bring 5+ years of experience as a creative technologist, tech-forward creative or hybrid designer/developer/animator Fluency in the Adobe suite, Figma and other design and creative platforms. Hands-on experience with tools like Three.js, Adobe Aero, Spline, Lottie, or Figma Plugins Familiarity with generative tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, Google VEO 3 and other creative AI platforms A solid understanding of 3D concepts, motion design principles, and interaction design Curiosity-driven mindset: you don’t need to know every tool, but you’re driven to learn, test, and figure things out Strong collaboration and communication skills — you’re comfortable working closely with designers, producers, and engineers Bonus: experience scripting creative platforms (Adobe UXP, ExtendScript, Figma APIs, etc.) Bonus: generative art background or experience with tools like ComfyUI Bonus: experience with AR development, WebGL, or real-time engines (e.g. Unity, Unreal) Bonus: Fluency in front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, web animation frameworks) #J-18808-Ljbffr Doner
