Commercial Lines Sales Leader - Insurance - Irvine, CA

The Company:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Sales Leader to join a thriving and rapidly expanding insurance brokerage based in Irvine. This is a remarkable opportunity to significantly advance your career within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Support producers' professional growth through teaching and guiding
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop and execute business strategies
• Stay informed on market changes and update clients and the team accordingly
• Cultivate new client relationships through diverse communication channels and industry organization involvement.

Qualifications Needed to Thrive:

• Active P&C license
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership or sales role at a retail brokerage
• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance with the ability to foster and develop a successful sales team
• Proven track record of building and maintaining a book of business
• In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
